DUM 2026 · 27–28 October · Booth 13, The Lalit, Jaipur

Watch substation data travel from the bay to the operator, live at our booth.

Two appliances, a real bay controller, a signal injection kit and a lightweight SCADA. No slides standing in for the product. Bring your toughest substation integration question and we'll try it on the rig.

Real secondary signals into a real bay controller, injected by our new signal kit.

To show the whole chain without a live substation, our secondary signal injection kit feeds signals to the bay control unit (BCU). SignalForge Edge reads the BCU and sends the data two ways: to a lightweight SCADA, and to a historian and EMS.

No live substation needed

Walk through the full signal path on a table, with real equipment at the bay end.

One feed, two destinations

SignalForge Edge sends the same data to a lightweight SCADA for operators and to a historian and EMS for analysis.

Made for the demo

The kit drives the demo. It is not a calibrated test set and is not a replacement for one.

What you'll see, in three steps.

A 15 to 20 minute walk-through at the booth, built around the problems DISCOM substation teams raise most often.

Step 01 · Simulate

Test before you touch live equipment.

SubstationSynk Edge simulates IEC 61850 IEDs and bays, with MMS and GOOSE traffic, so SCADA and protection schemes can be checked on the bench instead of the field.

Step 02 · Connect

Old and new devices on one data path.

SignalForge Edge takes data from a real bay controller and presents it to an operator system over open protocols. No replacement of primary equipment.

Step 03 · Operate

One operator view, with a load limiter in advisory mode.

A lightweight operator view shows the bay data live. A substation load limiter shows which feeders it would shed, by priority. It advises only and sends no commands.

Demo concept

Built for how DISCOM substations actually run.

Mixed vendors, mixed generations, limited downtime. These are the three things we focus on today.

Protocol conversion

IEC 61850, IEC 60870-5-104 and 101, DNP3, Modbus and OPC UA on one data path, for brownfield and new substations alike.

Substation visibility

Status, alarms and trends from substation devices in one view, built on the Deliverain Pulse data layer.

OT security monitoring

Passive monitoring of substation and SCADA networks with 180-day log retention, built to the CERT-In 2022 directive.

The two appliances.

Each is available as a turnkey Edge appliance or as software for your own hardware. Pricing is quoted per requirement.
